Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging where possible

  • Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at quality@mycpharma.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

We will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at quality@mycpharma.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return your item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
